In March 2024, a delegation from WRK Company, consisting of senior management and experienced mechanical engineers, visited Henan Excellent Machinery Co.,Ltd. Accompanied by Mr. Wang, the general manager of our company throughout the visit, the delegation conducted on-site inspections of the technology research and development center, the remote intelligent diagnosis platform, the precision machining workshop, the final assembly and testing workshop, and the automated painting production line. Our company's professional performance in equipment R&D capabilities, quality control systems, and full life cycle services was highly recognized. Both parties signed a Memorandum of Intent for Cooperation in the same month.

After multiple rounds of technical clarification meetings, scheme iteration and optimization, and business negotiations from April to June 2024, our company officially received the equipment supply order in June 2024. All the equipment was completed and delivered in October 2024. The key components (including the mineral sizers shaft, alloy crushing teeth, etc.) were entrusted to the authoritative third-party inspection agency under Sinopec Group - Sinopec Engineering Quality Supervision General Station for special inspection. The inspection items covered surface hardness (HRC), ultrasonic flaw detection (UT), metallographic structure analysiswww.exctmach.com/products/crushing-screening/mineral-sizers.html, etc., and all the results met the technical specification requirements of the customer.

On October 23, 2024, a joint acceptance team consisting of six members from SAP Engineering Co., Ltd., the exclusive Indonesian agent authorized by our company, WRK, and the end-user DSP, came to our company to conduct the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT). During the acceptance period, the equipment completed a continuous 48-hour no-load operation test, and 12 key performance indicators, including bearing temperature rise, vibration intensity, three-phase current/voltage stability, rotational speed accuracy, coating thickness, and operating noise, were fully measured. The acceptance report confirmed that all data met the requirements of the technical agreement in the contract. The customer representative signed the "Factory Acceptance Certificate" on the spot and highly praised the reliability of our company's products, the level of manufacturing technology, and the efficiency of technical service response.

This batch of equipment completed export customs declaration and ocean shipment in November 2024 and arrived at the DSP Kalimantan project site in mid-January 2025. At the same time, our company dispatched a field service team consisting of three senior mechanical engineers and one automation control engineer to Indonesia to carry out installation guidance and technical support.

After 23 days of intense collaborative work, the first two sets of systems (including TP1400-16.92 type feeding and crushing machines and 2PLF100300 type secondary crushing machines, both with a rated processing capacity of 1,250 t/h) were successfully installed on site, underwent individual machine debugging, interlock trial operation, and 72-hour load performance testing.
On February 10, 2025, after the joint signature of the "On-site Acceptance Certificate" by DSP, WRK, and our company, the project officially passed the final acceptance.
