Project Overview
This project's client is located in the Cisarua District of Aceh Province, Indonesia. It is one of the largest and most powerful open-pit coal mine developers in Indonesia.
Previously, the client had collaborated with EXCT on the procurement of individual equipment, and both parties established a deep trust and pleasant cooperation foundation. Based on their high recognition of EXCT's product quality, technical solutions, and service guarantees, the client entrusted this entire EPC project for coal crushing station construction to EXCT again this time.
The EPC service content includes:
Civil engineering: foundation construction, site leveling, and support structure construction;
Steel structure engineering: design, fabrication, and on-site installation of steel structure frames;
Pulley belt conveying system: planning of the entire plant's material conveying routes and equipment installation;
Crushing equipment system: selection of main machines, automation control, and installation and commissioning of supporting facilities.
Project Requirements and Operating Conditions
The Izay region of Indonesia has a tropical rainforest climate, with high temperatures, abundant rainfall, and a humid environment. This poses extremely high requirements for the anti-corrosion, moisture-proofing, and continuous operation stability of equipment. At the same time, as the mining area's production capacity increases, customers urgently need a complete system with high production capacity, high automation, low energy consumption, and the ability to achieve large-scale storage, in order to meet the needs for rapid processing and storage of materials after efficient blasting mining.
