1.the failure of Hydraulic couple
Hydraulic couple is one of the necessary parts of the chain bucket elevator, which is installed between the motor and the reducer. It is a kind of soft start coupling with hydraulic transmission, which can transfer torque effectively and protect the motor and reducer at the same time. In daily use, the common failure of hydraulic couple is that, first, the amount of oil is not meet the standard, oil spilling, the liquid oil has gone off. Second, Due to the overload of the bucket elevator, the oil temperature of the hydraulic couple is too high, thus the liquid oil of the melting fusible plug leaks out, and the connection between the motor and the reducer is disconnected.
In view of the common faults of the hydraulic couple, the fault of the hydraulic couple can be completely controlled by adopting effective methods. First of all, the oil content of the hydraulic couple must meet the requirements. If oil leakage is found, deal with it in time. At the same time, check the hydraulic oil frequently. In bucket machine during normal operation, to control the overload, because when the equipment overload, resistance force is bigger, can make the load increases, the driving torque of the motor to drive dynamic load, the hydraulic couple drive wheels high-speed rotation, and static load round, or the speed is too low, cause the hydraulic oil temperature is too high, thus melt fusible plug, hydraulic oil leakage, hydraulic couple is disconnected. Therefore, the bucket lift machine in use, to avoid overload.
2.The damage of reducer
The general power of the chain bucket elevator is too high, and the fault of the reducer is one of the common faults of the bucket elevator. Common faults of reducer are as follows: high-speed shaft fracture, high-speed gear teeth, reducer bearing damage and insufficient lubrication. In order to solve the reducer damage failure, the most common method is the configuration hydraulic coupling between the motor and reducer, using the soft start of the hydraulic couple, solve caused by rigid coupling connection of high speed shaft and gear tooth fracture accidents, and often check the inside of the reducer oil level, oil, and found that the lack of timely completion, oil change oil quality, and the change in time, this will greatly reduce the speed reducer.
3.The damage of the driving drum bearing in head of bucket elevator
The head of the chain bucket elevator, is driven by the motor reducer, and finally with the driving roller to run, so the head driving drum bearing by the radial force is very large, the probability of bearing damage is also on the high side. In general, the reasons for the damage of the bearing are as follows: (1) when the design selection is small, resulting in the shaft bearing capacity is insufficient, in use because of instantaneous overload caused by bearing damage. (2) bearing lubrication maintenance is not in place, or lubricating oil deterioration, can not meet the role of lubrication bearing, resulting in the bearing "dry grinding", at this time will add the damage of the play bearing. (3) bearing quality problems, for high copy or refurbished bearings, which will cause bearing damage. The following measures can be adopted to solve the failure of driving roller bearing damage: in the process of equipment design, the overload coefficient of the bucket elevator should be fully considered. After the bearing model is calculated, the bearing should be selected by increasing 1 or 2 levels, so as to meet the normal use of the equipment. At the same time, according to the equipment maintenance plan, regular maintenance, do with new oil for old oil method, ensure good lubrication of the bearing; Another is the purchase of bearings, the choice of brand-name products, rejected counterfeit and shoddy products, so from another side to solve the problem of bearing damage.
