How to adjust the screen surface to improve the dewatering effect of the dewatering screen

Dewatering screen is a special equipment for coal slime dewatering operation. It is widely used in coal slurry recovery, coarse pressure filtration, and other dehydration and recovery of other fine materials.
dewatering screen
The dewatering screen is a popular screening and dewatering equipment. With large output and simple operation, however, with the development of science and technology, the demand for industrial production has increased. The general dewatering screen equipment can no longer meet the needs of the majority of users. The high-frequency vibration dewatering screen produced has many improvement compared with the traditional dewatering screen, and dehydration efficiency is significantly improved.
The high-frequency vibration dewatering screen mainly improves the width of the screen. The key component that determines the output is the screen. Therefore, the high-frequency screen widens the screen surface on the basis of the traditional dewatering equipment to increase the output.
Generally, when installing the dewatering equipment, we will emphasize the accurate installation angle of the screen surface, so it is very important to the installation of the screen angle. After repeated trials and tests, it is concludes that the the inclination angle of the screen surface should be controlled at about 45 degrees, and the dewatering effect will be improved.
In the case of the dewatering screen productivity and the constant moving speed of the material along the screen surface, the larger the screen surface width, the thinner the material layer thickness; the longer the length, the longer the screening time, so the smaller the thickness of the layer and the longer the screening time will improve the screening efficiency. When the sieve surface is narrow and long, due to the thickness of the material layer on the screen surface increases, it is difficult for the fine particles to approach the screen surface and through the mesh hole, and the screening efficiency are reduced; otherwise, the sieve surface is wide and short, the thickness of the material layer on the sieve surface is reduced, so that the fine particles are easy to pass through the mesh hole, but at this time, the residence time of the particles on the screen surface is short, and the probability of passing through the sieve hole is reduced, and the screening efficiency is also lowered, so the length to width ratio of the dewatering screen surface is usually 2:3.
