The axial direction of the head and tail wheels should be kept horizontal, and the level should be ≤0.3/1000. At the same time, it should meet the requirements of 10.2.1 in the installation requirements: head and tail shaft installation tolerance table.

1. Loosen the M1 nuts on both sides and adjust the level of the tail wheel by the relative movement of the M3 nuts on both sides and the guide sleeves on both sides. Observe the tube or frame level to meet the requirements.
2. Adjust the M2 nuts on both sides, adjust the level of the counterweight, and observe the weight on the frame level to meet the requirements of ≤0.3/1000.
3. Lock the two sides of the M1.M2.M3 as shown in the figure to lock the relative position of the tail wheel and the counterweight.
4. Adjust the guide gap between the upper and lower guide sleeves and the guide rods on both sides, and lock them after equal.
5. During operation, if there is tape deviation, you need to loosen the M1 observation tape on both sides to go in the wrong direction. If you run to the left, then the left M2 runs to the right and then the right M2. After the ideal requirements are reached, the nuts on both sides are locked.
6. After the adjustment is completed, the tail wheel system should be able to move up and down within the swing lever range, and the tail wheel can be rotated flexibly without scratching. The connecting rod chute and the guide column slide reliably. The guide sleeve is reliable throughout the process.
7. If the corrective deviation requirement is not met within the adjustment range of the tail wheel, the horizontal installation of the adjustment head wheel should be re-examined so that the tape meets the deviation requirement.
8. Always check the lubrication devices of each part, whether the oil quantity is sufficient, whether the gears of the reducer and the transmission gear are normal, and the temperature of the rolling bearing does not exceed 60 °C.
9. The sliding bearing should be refueled once per shift. The oil cup should be lubricated once per shift. The maximum temperature of the hoist bearing should not exceed 60 °C.
10. Always check the connecting parts of the equipment (including the basic screws) for looseness.
11. Always check the operation of the bucket elevator to see if there is any abnormal sound.
