Analysis of the cause of the failure of the linear screen

The cause of the failure of the linear screen:
1. Uneven material feeding causes partial pressure on the linear vibrating screen surface to be too large, and there is no material on the other screen surface.
2. The sieve plate (screen) is not tensioned or damaged, and the linear vibrating screen surface appears to vibrate twice, and the material appears to be stagnant.
3. The damping spring has a broken or inconsistent stiffness.
4. The angle of the eccentric block of the vibration motor is inconsistent or the vibrator is assembled differently. The two vibration motors rotate in the same direction and are not inward or at the same time.
5. The motor power is inconsistent. The operating frequency of the vibrating screen is the same as the fixed frequency of a certain part to generate resonance.
6. The foundation is not on a level surface and the equipment is not fixed.
