vibratory separator’s use method :
1.This machine should be equipped with electrical protection devices.
2. At the beginning of the operation of the machine, check the anchor bolts at least once a day to prevent loosening.
3. When the motor rotation direction does not meet the requirements, adjust the power phase sequence.
4. The vibratory separator motor should be well lubricated. Lithium-based grease should be replenished once every two weeks. When refueling, add appropriate amount of lithium-based grease through the oil cup. When a sealed bearing is used, the motor is not equipped with a oil cup.
5. After the machine has been running for 1500 hours, the bearing should be inspected and replaced if there is serious damage.
6. When the machine is used for a long time and then used again, the insulation resistance should be measured for 500 volt megohmmeter measurement, which should be greater than 0.5 megohm.
Solution for vibratory separator’s blockage:
In order to effectively prevent the screen of vibratory separator from being clogged, measures should be taken for the reasons for the above-mentioned screen plugging:
1. When the material has finer particle size, more shale content, and smaller sieve size, moisture plays a decisive role in the clogging of the screen.
2. When the moisture in material is more than 5%, if material is dried unconditionally, the sieve surface and the sieve hole should be selected in a targeted manner.
3. When the moisture is greater than 8%, wet screening should be used.
4. For materials with more flake particles, it is necessary to change the particle crushing mode and the particle size matching of different crushing processes.
Reasonable adjustment of the tension of the screen is an effective method to reduce the hole blocking of the screen. Reasonable tensioning force causes the screen to generate a slight secondary vibration with the support beam, thereby effectively reducing the occurrence of the hole blocking phenomenon. The tensioning hook is made into a constant force tensioning mechanism, that is, a spring is attached to the tension bolt.
