3 The use of the belt sway switch
Belt sway switch is composed of a switch bracket, a moving link, a magnet block and a magnetic sensor switch. The movable connecting rod is mounted on the switch bracket via the support shaft, the upper part of the switch bracket is inclined inward by 60 to 70°, the moving link is hinged with the support shaft, and a rolling shaft is mounted on the upper end of the moving link, and the magnet block is fixed to the moving link by bolts At the lower end end, a magnetic induction switch is arranged under the magnet block; the upper part of the moving link is inclined inwardly at the same angle as the upper part of the switch bracket; the switch bracket is mounted on the belt conveyor frame via a fixed seat, and the moving link is The direction of the conveyor belt is inclined, and the side of the conveyor belt should be perpendicular to the rolling axis at the upper end of the moving link. Under normal circumstances, the switch is in the rest position. When the conveyor belt is deflected, the edge of the conveyor belt will touch the rolling axis, and an outward force is applied to the rolling shaft to displace the moving link. The displacement of the magnet block causes the magnet block to deviate from the magnetic induction switch, while the magnetic induction switch sends a stop and alarm signal. Belt sway switch is installed on both sides of the belt conveyor frame and is directly connected to the frame by means of coupling screws.
