1 Layout form
There are 5 kinds of basic layout of steep angle conveyor, and on this basis, a variety of new layout forms are gradually improved and developed.
1.1 The tail receiving point of the basic arrangement type i and inverted l is in the inclined section, and the angle should not exceed 40°, otherwise, the tail is easy to spill when receiving material. The head discharge point of type i and l is in the inclined section, and the head is easy to sprinkle. The tail receiving point and the head discharging point of other arrangement forms have a horizontal section transition that is not easy to sprinkle. It is better to arrange the s and z shapes. Z-type arrangement covers less land, the middle vertical section can be without support, the whole machine is easy to seal, this arrangement can best reflect the advantages of large angle transportation, but the volume is relatively reduced. In the case of the same specification, the inclination angle is closer to the vertical, the smaller the volume. The closer the inclination is to the horizontal, the greater the volume. When the inclination is 18° and below, the ordinary belt conveyor should be used, otherwise it will cause unnecessary waste.
1.2 the new type of layout is the steep angle conveyor set in the mobile car, the general specification is small, can be pushed by manual short distance or vehicle long haul, easy to move, flexible, mainly used in bulk grain storage and transportation system.
When conveying materials vertically, the vertical section can be rotated 180° to achieve receiving and discharging within 360°, and the layout is very flexible. The double-belt type is used to close the vertical section of the conveyor belt bearing materials to the outside of the vertical section when the belt conveyor with the wavy rib is vertically arranged, which can not only increase the conveying capacity, but also avoid material scattering. In the rear recharging type, a recharging conveyor is set under the horizontal section of the tail of the belt conveyor on the wavy rib, and a small amount of material scattered from the tail is transported back to the main machine. On the basis of the tail type, a return conveyor is added under the horizontal section of the head of the belt conveyor on the wavy retaining edge, and a small amount of material scattered from the head is transported back to the head funnel of the main engine.

2.1 Features
(1).Steep angle conveyor has the advantages of advanced technology, simple structure, stable operation, safe and reliable use, less equipment parts, less maintenance, low noise, flexible layout and many other advantages. It is suitable for the working temperature of -15~40℃ working environment, conveying bulk density of 0.5~3.9t/m of various materials.

(6) The transverse rigidity of the conveyor belt is strong, both sides of the base belt have vertical rollers to prevent deviation, and the materials being transported are basically in the center of the conveyor belt. Therefore, the conveyor belt does not run off during operation.
