The multi-layered barrel screen design increases throughput and increases the number of products in different grades. The tumbler screen has the following characteristics:
1)Development of pneumatic or hydraulic lifting devices. At present, when the screen is replaced and inspected, the guide chain or the crane is manually used, and the entire replacement work is carried out under the lifting hoist ring. When the screen of the large sieving machine of the 4~5 layer structure is replaced, the process is too cumbersome. The development of a pneumatic lifting device is a good solution to this problem. It is lifted by a cylinder fixed to the base of the screen box or lifted for a certain level of screen to inspect or replace the screen or seal. This kind of operation is easy and fast, which reduces the labor intensity of workers and avoids unnecessary damage.
2)The screen is replaced by a screen cover turning mechanism. The entire upper screen is turned over by a hinge mechanism using a pneumatic or hydraulic cylinder to open the screen for easy inspection and quick change of screen or seal.
3)The use of a fan-shaped screen surface structure. The enlargement of the screen surface makes the diameter of the rocking screen machine up to 2.9 m. If the screen surface is made into a whole, it is difficult to replace and process, and it is difficult to ensure the flatness of the screen surface. Therefore, a fan-shaped block structure is used, and several blocks are used. The screen assembly spliced out a complete circular screen.
4)Use a strong spring clamping device. The tumbler screens are designed as building blocks and stacked on top of each other. Several sets of clamping devices are used to tighten the whole of the screen box, and the sealing ring between the layers of the screen box is sealed and layered. The size of the clamping force and the consistency of the tension of the individual clamping assemblies determine the performance of the screen. In addition, vibration and temperature can change the size of the seal during the use of the seal. Especially on the multi-layer screen, the dimensional change accumulates and the situation is more serious. Therefore, the clamp assembly needs to be tightened again after a certain period of time. The powerful spring clamping device uses a set of disc springs to achieve rapid tensioning and uniform tension of the clamping bolts, ensuring stable operation of the overall screen frame.
5)Design of efficient screen cleaning system. 1 bouncing ball cleaning. In order to reduce the hole blocking and ensure the effective screening area, the screen can be cleaned by a bouncing ball. A metal hole support plate is added under the screen to place the bouncing ball between the support plate and the screen. As the screen moves, the ball bounces up against the screen to remove particles stuck in the mesh. This method is the easiest, easy to design, manufacturing and operational maintenance for most granular products. Bouncing ball is generally made of rubber material, with low wear and low noise, and is easy to meet the special requirements of food and medicine processing.
