Our company provides two traditional coal roller screen to our customers. When the coal quality is good in the early stage of operation, the coal roller screen runs stably. With the adjustment of coal market, the thermal coal has a large water content, a high ash content, and more stones, wood blocks and soft fibrous impurities in the coal. The following failures often occur:

1. The stone is often stuck between the sieve shaft, the soft debris is wound, and the sieve hole is blocked. Resulting in low screening efficiency, serious sieve shaft is full. The system cannot run.
2. The cast plum blossom screen has poor wear resistance, requiring frequent replacement of the screen to maintain operation, and the maintenance cost is high.
3. The sealing performance of the whole machine is poor, a large amount of dust leakage, and the working environment is harsh. 4. The equipment transmission design is unreasonable, and the chain transmission mode is prone to failure leading to system skip.
In recent years, our company has reformed A column of coal roller screen, dismantled the original column of coal roller screen, and installed the patented parabolic coal roller screen produced by Shanghai Yuyuan Machinery Co., LTD.
1. The sieve plate is parabolic, and the coal is thrown to the front of about 45 degrees on the sieve surface to the maximum extent, which is conducive to the upper operation of the coal flow, and the problem of sticking of the neighboring two groups of sieve pieces and coal blocks is minimized. During the rotating process of the screen, the soft debris hanging on the working surface of the screen can also be automatically removed by the coal flow.
2. The automatic cleaning device made of special high-strength wear-resistant steel can automatically remove the sticky coal and soft debris on the screen shaft and screen, and realize the automatic cleaning during the operation of the coal roller screen without manual participation.
3. The flexible spring support is used to replace the traditional bearing seat. When the stone is stuck between the two axes, the flexible spring support acts to destroy the stable triangle formed by the four fulcrum points between the center of the two adjacent axes and the card point of the card block, and completely solve the stuck problem.
4. Single-shaft independent drive, the use of three-in-one modular integrated reducer, no chain, coupling, eliminating the fault maintenance caused by chain, coupling failure.
5. The joint of the box and the screen shaft is equipped with a special shaft seal, the seal is intact, no dust leakage phenomenon, and the surrounding environment of the coal roller screen has been greatly improved.
After the transformation, the parabolic coal roller screen has not been stuck, blocked, entangled and other equipment failures, and no fault maintenance has been carried out. It improves the reliability and safety of coal transport system operation, reduces the labor intensity of maintenance personnel, greatly reduces equipment maintenance costs, and can meet the needs of peak load production, providing security for the company's safe and economic production. The company plans to retrofit the B coal roller screen this year.
