1.The fault of return belt
During the process of installation and commission, when the belt running deviation, the return belt may fall off at the changing pressure wheel, so that the equipment cannot be started running and commission. When the corrugated sidewall belt runs out of place to one side, the belt will fall between the two small wheels of the changing pressure wheel, so that the device has to stop. In order to solve this problem, a set of supporting belt device composed of compound lower supporting roller and parallel supporting roller is set up behind the reversing pressure wheel to support the base belt and sidewall belt. Through this improvement, the phenomenon of belt run out is effectively solved, providing a guarantee for the normal commission of the corrugated sidewall belt conveyor.
2.Belt running deviation
Belt deviation is a common fault of belt conveyor. For the corrugated sidewall belt conveyor, if it is not adjusted timely, the long-term deviation operation will not only cause serious abrasion of the belt base belt edge, but also cause interference between the compound lower idler and the wavy fender, which will cause the wear of the wavy fender and lead to sudden accidents such as belt tearing and scraping. After the installation and debugging of the equipment, the belt conveyor can run normally in empty. However, after running with the material, the belt appeared deviation phenomenon. Combined with years of production experience and deviation rule of ordinary belt conveyor, we analyze that deviation phenomenon is caused by large impact point and uneven material blanking. According to field inspection, there is a deviation between the center of the material chute and the center of the conveyor, resulting in the material falling on one side of the wavy retaining belt. In order to eliminate the blanking chute center and conveyor deviation caused by installation error, on the basis of the original standard guide chute was improved, restructuring the reasonable orientation Angle of v-shaped guide chute, in ordinary bell mouth feed trough increase v-shaped guide roof, on the basis of the material flow evenly distributed in the central guard band, to avoid the phenomenon of "material and caused by the material flow belt conveyor running deviation factor, at the same time, lead to roof have played a role in cushioning material, light material damage in the belt. Through improvement, the deviation phenomenon caused by blanking is effectively solved, the service life of the tape is extended, and the production cost is saved for users.
Conclusion
