1. A broken tooth
Our company can choose reasonable tooth shape and determine the most suitable configuration according to the types of crushing materials provided by customers, working environment, particle size of material in and out, capacity, maintenance and other factors. It can be roughly divided into two structural forms :(coarse broken, fine broken) The following are the commonly used crushing tooth types in our company.
A. Fine fracture (tooth plate type)
Grading type tooth roller crusher for coal feeding particle size ≤300 (allowing a small amount of 400mm), discharge particle size of 30mm, 50mm, 80mm, 100mm, etc., can break coal gangue and rock of medium strength:

B. Coarse fracture (ring tooth type)

According to the actual situation of the site, the broken teeth are made of wear-resistant and impact resistant alloy steel as a whole (as shown in Figure A) or the broken teeth are made of crown-type structure (as shown in Figure B) (the tooth head is made of wear-resistant and impact resistant medium alloy steel for precision post-casting heat treatment). The precision post-casting heat treatment has the hardness HRC≥45-55 and impact toughness ≥45kg·m/cm2.

2. Secondary crushing and particle size regulating device
