1.The reasons for sprinkling for apron feeder
Chain plate shape of apron feeder at early is simple. There is no complex shape lap, so there is a common phenomenon of leakage at the joint of the chainplate. For this reason, the early heavy type apron feeder was eliminated or in elimination. There are two kinds of new chain-plate structures, and the leakage problem is greatly improved. However, compared with other models, sprinkling problems still existing, mainly due to improper treatment of the details of the chainplate structure and chain plate adhesive, which is mainly related to the chainplate structure.
2.The solutions of sprinkling for apron feeder
1.Optimization of single arc lap joints
In the single arc plate lap structure, the chamfering is designed to be 3 mm×25mm, the effective lap size of the straight section and bottom plate of the arc plate is 10 mm, and the inner arc radius of the arc plate is 4 mm smaller than the chain hinge point. A special fixture was used to fix the welding and 200 t press was used to adjust the shape according to the design requirements.
2.Treatment of end structure of the chainplate
The optimization of the end structure of the double arc plate chain ensures that the material in the overlapping part of the end does not spill. The plate end construction of single arc plate chain is made of chainplate and the chain joint special shape processing, make the chainplate side wing plate bottom extend downward, directly welding to the arc plate bottom point. These productions processing reduce material leakage.
2.Treatment of the connecting structure of protective cover baffle and chain plate
Broken the Chain plate stiffening ribs near the wing, lower the shield baffle to the position of the bottom 10 mm, then shield baffle to a small side in the horizontal section, its purpose is to make the material level of overflow edges along the height of 10 mm space control in shield baffle side, material can rotate to the head position as far as possible into the hopper.
3. The head of the guard is structurally treated near the centerline of the sprocket wheel
In order to avoid spillage of materials in the head between the protective cover and chain plate and wing plate, a material storage device should be set in the head of protective cover to make it return to the main material hopper.
