The replaceable head of belt bucket elevator

 Belt bucket elevator which is widely used in fodder, food, medicine, chemical industrial products and other industries is the widely used equipment to lift and transport materials from a low space to a high place. It is a continuous conveying machine that vertically lifts materials by means of a series of hoppers uniformly fixed on the endless traction components. The existing belt bucket elevator has the following defects: firstly, the material has iron nails and other iron impurities, which are easy to cause wear and damage of the equipment in the material lifting process. The service life of the equipment is short, and sometimes the equipment is abnormal and cannot work properly. When the equipment is abnormal, it must be shut down for inspection, which not only wastes a lot of manpower and material resources, but also reduces the lifting efficiency. Secondly, the material after the belt bucket elevator still contains iron nails and other impurities, so in the process setting, it is necessary to set up special magnetic separation device, such as
Permanent magnetic cylinder to remove the iron nails and other iron impurities in the material, which greatly increase the cost of equipment for the whole process. Thirdly, sprocket is easy to wear parts, because it is a body structure, so the cost of replacement is high.

The technical scheme adopted in this paper is a replaceable head bucket elevator, including shell, feed port, discharge port, active sprocket, passive sprocket, drive motor, chain and hopper. The active sprocket and passive sprocket are respectively arranged at the upper and lower ends of the housing and connected by the head with a hopper. The shell at the active sprocket is provided with an outlet with a diversion groove, while the shell at the passive sprocket is provided with a tapered inlet with a magnetic separation device. Both the active sprocket and the passive sprocket include a chain head for securing and powering the chain and a flange for powering and steering the chain. The head and flange are provided with shaft holes for installing the driving shaft and the passive shaft and the locating pin is arranged on the shaft holes. The active shaft and the passive shaft are mounted on the shell through the bearing seat. The active shaft is connected with the output shaft of the reducer by the pulley and belt and the input shaft of the reducer is connected to the output shaft of the motor through a coupling.
The material enters the belt bucket elevator through the feed port in operation. The motor drives the reducer through the coupling, the reducer turns the driving sprocket, the driving sprocket turns the driven sprocket through the chain. The chain is provided with a continuous and uniform lift hopper, which moves with the chain. When the lift hopper turns over the driving sprocket, the material will slip into the next lift hopper along the lift hopper and then flows out from the outlet.
The advantages: by changing the structure of the active sprocket and passive sprocket, and setting a magnetic separation device on inlet, it can remove iron nails and other iron impurities in the material, reduce the cost of sprocket replacement, the maintenance time and improve the working efficiency. A magnetic separation device is provided to remove iron impurities such as iron nails from the material at the inlet. Therefore, in the process of lifting, it can avoid the wear and damage of belt bucket elevator caused by the iron impurities, ensuring the normal work of high efficiency, good lifting effect and long service life of belt bucket elevator.
