1. Heat resistance trough chain conveyor is suitable for install on outdoor, but the head driving device shall install cover and the horizontal segment installs a flange seal to proof water. In the servere cold region, the antifreezing measures should be installed in every segment with water leg to avoid accident.

6. 7. Trough chain conveyor should not be placed in the pit. If it is necessary to be placed in the pit, measures such as ventilation, water proofing, dust proofing, temperature lowering, drainage. Lighting should be taken into consideration, and appropriate space should be set aside for maintenance and cleaning.
8. Effective feeder and gate door should be provided to control the amount of feeding and avoid the clogging of the trough chain conveyor.In order to ensure smooth unloading, the unloading pipe connecting the trough chain conveyor and the junction of the storage bucket should be larger, and the angle of inclination between the storage bucket wall and the horizontal plane should be larger than the friction Angle of the material bucket wall.
9. Adopt platinum disulfide lubricating grease to lubricate each rolling shaft of the trough chain conveyor, and check and clean regularly to replace the grease, so as not to cause serious wear due to lack of oil.
10. If two or more trough chain conveyors are connected or the conveyors are connected with other mechanical equipment, the electrical sequence interlocking control system should be set.
11. If the control device of the trough chain conveyor is set in the centralized control room, there should be a simulation plate for operation and a corresponding distribution plate, and a starting bell and current overload protection device. If the control is not centralized, the switch on and off device should be attached to the drive device.
