Note when oil filling:

1. Oil must go through 80 ~ 100 mesh /cm2 filter before it can be injected into the coupling.

2. Only 80% of the total volume of the coupling can be injected, not too much. It is not allowed to be full, otherwise, the oil temperature will be too high in operation and the coupling will be damaged.

3. The minimum amount of oil injection shall not be less than 40% of the total volume of the coupling, otherwise, the bearing will not be sufficiently lubricated and prematurely damaged.

4. According to the coupling power transfer and oil injection curve, with the gauge accurately injected a specified amount of oil. Inject the specified amount of oil or, slowly turn the coupling until the oil begins to overflow from the oil injection hole, the oil injection hole position from the floor (or another reference) height, horizontal from the motor or guard marked for daily maintenance check oil level reference point.
