The reason of high bearing temperature
The heat created by the bearing mainly comes from the bearing load. Due to the the poor working condition, the bearing of circular vibrating screen not only bears a great impact load under the adjustment state, but also completes the circular motion when it rotates around its central axis with bearing a high radial acceleration and centrifugal force. After running for a period of time, the connecting bolts and other connecting bolts on the exciter and the side plate of the straining box may become loose. When the bolt becomes loose, the relevant components lose their operative constraints, which results in the movement of the axis of the vibration source system and accelerate the wear of the bearing and generate plentiful heat.
There are such reasons for the heat generation of bearing as the bearing clearance size, the bearing and axis assembly accuracy and the bearing quality, all these affect the heat generation of the bearing. In addition to the above factors, the influence of grease on the bearing temperature of the inclined screen was studied. Bearing in the lack of grease is easy to produce high temperature, and also easy to produce high temperature when grease is full of bearing gap. The main reason for this condition causes the high bearing temperature is the improper lubrication of the bearing.Bearing at high speed movement will produce a lot of heat, and there is no suitable oil to send out the heat. Thus the temperature of the bearing will be too high, and damage the bearing.

The solution
1.Transforming the lubricating mode
If the lubricating oil used is thick oil, its advantages are easy to seal, less loss, less affected by temperature and a large range of adaptability to the change of load property and motion speed. Its disadvantages are poor fluidity, high coefficient of internal friction, so the energy loss is high. And the lubrication property of circular vibrating screen will be lost when for long time working under the high temperature. However, the advantage of thin oil lubrication is that the coefficient of internal friction is small, so the energy consumption of overcoming friction is small, and the mobility is good, easy to enter the lubrication point of the friction surface, has a good cooling effect, and can also remove impurities adhering to the friction surface and metal particles produced by grinding. The disadvantage is that the oil slick can not bear large unit pressure, which means a higher demand on seal and the equipment is not up to scratch. To improve the properties of thick oil, 15% ~ 30% mechanical oil is often added to the grease to increase the fluidity, which can take away the heat generated by the friction pairs. With the increased mobility of the oil, we can design a pumping station to continuously circulate the lubricating oil into the bearing gap. The lubricating oil of the oil pump station should be replaced regularly. This lubrication mode greatly reduces the heat generated by the bearing, reducing the damage to the bearing.
2.Improvement of bearing seat of inclined screen
Because the spacing between the bearing face and the inside face of the bearing seat of inclined screen is small, the concave baffle is added in the bearing seat to ensure the oil storage space in it, so that the oil storage space in the bearing seat is expanded after the baffle is added. Thus, the storage capacity of grease is increased and the lubrication time of grease on bearing is prolonged.
3.The amount of grease in the bearing
The grease required in the bearing cannot be more or less, and a precise amount is required for the grease of the bearing. This amount requires a dynamic detection, for example, the grease dynamic detection patch is designed on the outer surface of the bearing. The detected data is fed back to the system, and the system adds grease according to the amount of grease. Or these quantities can be analyzed in a mathematical dynamic model by detecting the vibration of the circular vibrating screen, bearing temperature and motor current, and the relation between bearing temperature and these quantities can be obtained, so that according to the quantitative change to determine whether to oil the bearing.
