Analysis Of Key Characteristics Of Sidewall Belt Conveyor Supported By Steel Wire Rope

Material conveying is an indispensable part of today's production process, making great contributions to logistics, medical treatment, garbage disposal, coal mining and other fields. However, the research of this type of conveyor in China is in its infancy. The key and difficult point of this research is to study the sag and tension under the coupling contact of the conveyor structure. At the same time, there is a lack of corresponding design calculation for several existing conveyor tower legs. Because of the special support mode and structural characteristics of this type of conveyor, it is necessary to study the influence of the starting mode of the conveyor on the conveying system. This paper systematically introduces the conveyor parts of the conveyor according to project examples, takes the sag of the conveyor belt and the steel wire rope interaction as the research object, adopts the elastic catenary theory to reasonably simplify the overhang model of the conveyor belt supported by the steel wire rope, studies the contact situation of the conveyor model between towers, and simplifies the interaction force between the conveyor belt and the steel wire rope to apply uniform load. Based on the formula of horizontal distance, vertical distance and arc length in theory, the tension of steel wire rope and conveyor belt at the tower is obtained by substituting the model in the project example. At the same time, this paper analyzes the roller concentrated force, sag and stress between the fixed frame by simulation, and obtains the influence of many main factors on the roller concentrated force, sag, wire rope stress and conveyor belt stress.
Taking the structure of sidewall belt conveyor as the research object, the stress and strain of different types of tower legs under wind load are compared and analyzed, and the corresponding calculation and check are made. The structure of the tower leg model was digitized by uniform sampling method, and the relationship between the structure parameters and mass, stress and strain was fitted by BP neural network. MOGA optimization method was introduced to predict the results, and three candidate points within the parameter range were obtained to optimize the overall structure, which ensured that the tower had less stress and strain while reducing the mass of the tower leg. The structure parameters of the tower with excellent comprehensive performance are obtained. Taking the dynamic characteristics of the conveyor belt as the research object, the parameters of the conveying structure are defined based on the Amesim platform, and a unit module is built to simulate the conveying system. The influence of different acceleration modes on the dynamic characteristics of the conveying system is studied within the same acceleration time, and the speed and tension changes of the conveyor under different starting modes are obtained. This type of conveyor to provide a certain reference.
