How to solve the problem of corrugated sidewall belt conveyor when transporting coal

The problems existing in transporting coal by corrugated sidewall belt conveyor and the measures to solve them.
Belt fracture problem

Solutions--(1) change the structure of variable Angle wheel, change the heavy load variable angle to multi-user circular arc roller side structure, no load variable Angle wheel small wheel bracket installation bearing, to ensure there is no drag phenomenon when it rotates relative to the big wheel; (2) to increase the return trip long belt roller, the long and short belt roller hold the wavy edge and the base belt outside simultaneously, and adjust the gap between the two belt roller so that the overall belt can uniform stress.

Throwing coal problem
The original design adopted the structure of variable Angle wheel, due to the limitation of structure, the diameter of the variable Angle wheel is limited, and no effective transition measures are taken. The conveyor belt suddenly changes direction during operation and the curvature radius is small, the coal is seriously dropped under the action of inertia force and centrifugal force.
Solutions--the multi-roller arc slide structure is adopted to replace the original ordinary variable angle wheel, and the operating curvature radius of the belt is increased by more than 3 times to make the transition variable angle of the belt stable and effectively solve the problem of coal throwing.
Coal loading effects problem
When using, it was found that the wavy side guard tape with the same parameters, the volume of 90° inclination was about 1/3 less than that of 60° inclination. The reasons are as follows: (1) more coal throwing in 90° variable angle section (2) a natural accumulation angle was formed by the transition of the overloading flat section and the vertical section, and part of the coal is rolled off. And the diaphragm under the action of force, the front edge into a sagging, added to the rolling of the coal.
Solutions--(1) change the structure of variable Angle wheel, reduce the amount of throwing coal; (2) to increase the stiffness of the diaphragm, and take connection with the wave edge, the plate form is changed to the outer end to the front of 30° inclination Angle, increase the accumulation angle of coal; (3) on the premise of not changing the size of the base band of the frame structure, appropriately increase the width and height of the wave side and increase the number of diaphragm.
Coal sticking problem
Due to its bucket structure characteristics and the unavoidably water cut in raw coal, the corrugated retainer belt is particularly prone to coal sticking at the transition angle between the diaphragm, the corrugated retainer and the base belt, which is more and more high and not easy to fall off by itself. Therefore, it is an urgent problem to be solved by adopting corrugated sidewall belt conveyor to transport coal.
Solutions--the electric beater was installed at the appropriate position behind the unloading point of the conveyor, and the back of the return trip belt is continuously flapped at the set frequency, to make the binding coal off, and the effect is great.
