Analysizing the reasons of bearing damage.
In many times of equipment inspection, it was found that the main form of bearing damage was the cage falling apart, deformation, etc., most of which was accompanied by discoloration and blackening of the inner and outer rings of the bearing, and the amount of lubricating oil was less. It is concluded that poor lubrication is the direct cause of bearing failure. Following up the operation of the equipment, it was found that a small amount of lubricating oil leaked from the sealing plate when the inclined sreen running. Due to the large dust on the work site, the leakage of lubrication oil is not easy to be found.
According to the bearing structure of inclined screen, the external diameter of balance wheel is large, the lubrication oil be blocks, it is not convenient to add the oil. At the same time, the oil cup also be blocks, so it is not easy to check and fastenis easy to leak from the gap; Through analysizing the structure, the main reasons of lubrication oil loss are as follows:
1. When the inclined screen operating, due to vibration, the fastening bolt of sealing plate is gradually losened, then the lubrication oil leak from the gap.
2. The viscosity of lubrication oil is small, when the seal is not tight or the equipment running temperature increases, the bearing and outside the pressure difference, resulting in lubrication oil leakage.
Solutions
1. Weld the finished tubing to the position of sealing suet cup with the upper end above the balance wheel and fix it on the screen box with the pipe clamp.The screw type butter gun is used to fill the molybdenum disulfide grease with high viscosity. The grease directly enters the bearing through the oil pipeline and the oil road on the sealing plate.
2. An oil baffle plate is installed on the shoulder of the eccentric shaft. Its inner diameter is 2 mm larger than the inner diameter of the shaft bearing and its outer diameter is 2 mm smaller than the bearing outer diameter to avoid friction between the oil baffle plate and the bearing outer ring. Oil baffle plate through the bearing inner ring and eccentric shaft shoulder positioning, can play a better role in oil baffle.
3. Tightening the sealing plate and bolts, welding the nuts and bolts firmly to prevent loosening.
Advantages

It not need discharge the lubrication oil during maintain.
