Compared with other vibrating screens, the vibratory separator has the following advantages: first, the screening efficiency and the utilization rate of filter screen is high, the phenomenon of hole blockage is less and the noise is low in the heavy-duty work. Second, it has small volume, light weight, easy to install and can continue uninterruptedly. Third, the way of screen surface tensioning is reasonable, the tensioning degree is high and easy to replace. Besides the whole machine structure is closed, no dust in working. It can be applied to wet,dry material, fine powder, micro powder and ultrafine particles and so on. Last, the vibration of the new double offset block is adopted and the inclined angle is adjustable, so that the movement track of the material on the screen surface can be adjusted conveniently, Therefore it can adapt to different screening conditions. The vibratory separator is mainly composed of drive system, screen body, up and down eccentric block, vibrator, vibrating spring, frame.etc. The motor drives the spindle and the upper and lower eccentric blocks to rotate through elastic coupling, making the oscillator to vibrate. The vibrator is installed at the bottom of the sieve body and is mounted in the base with the sieve body by vibrating spring. The screen body can be composed of multi-layer screen frame, each layer screen frame and pressure net ring are vertically mounted on the bottom of the screen. After each part is fastened, it becomes a whole vibration part and the vibration part is supported on the base by the vibration spring. The spindle passes through the center of the shaker, but the shaker does not rotate. It is fixed on the bottom surface of the screen body with bolts and v-shaped blocks. A vibration eccentric block five and eight are installed at the upper and lower ends of the spindle. When the spindle turns, the vibration force of the upper and lower eccentric block is transferred to the rotating vibration through the oscillator, thus causing the vibration of the sieve body. The upper excitation block is fixed at the upper end of the spindle and the lower excitation block is fixed at the lower end of the spindle bu positioning key and locking nut. There is an angle scale value on the lower excitation block. By adjusting the installation angle of the eccentricity speed and the rotating shaft, the motion trajectory of the screen surface of vibratory separator can be changed.
