5.Optimizing of the head wheel design. It adopts high wear resistance vulcanizing head wheel and cleaning device that can alleviate the failure of automatic correction function caused by sticky materials. The driveshaft is supported by self-positioning roller bearing and the bearing seat is dust proof structure. The surface of the driving wheel of steel structure is made of vulcanized rubber with high abrasion resistance, which is processed into a special arc with automatic center adjustment function by a large CNC lathe, and then polished to enhance the friction between the rubber and the rubber belt. The end face axle hole of the head wheel is processed with 50-60 mm steel plate, which is then polished to ensure the expansion connection between the head wheel expansion sleeve and the head shaft.
6.High strength special bolt and high wear resistance rubber backing plate are used to strengthen the effect of hopper fixing and eliminate the problems of rubber belt fatigue damage at hopper fixing place and rubber coating on head wheel drum.
