Due to the small adjustable range, when there is a certain angle of the supporting foundation in the workshop, the adjustable angle range of the self-adjusting system can not meet the actual production needs, so it is necessary to install an adjustable angle base under the heavy apron feeder. On the other hand, the mining workshop is often located in an area with harsh geological conditions, and the foundation deformation occurs during operation, so the base needs to be fine-tuned to be levelled again during use, and there is a lack of adjustable base for such heavy machinery on the market.

According to the market demand for apron feeder base, we designed a heavy-duty apron feeder adjustable base. In order to achieve this purpose, we have made the following technical solutions: apron feeder adjustable base, including the base, the top plate, the adjustment block and the cushion block, wherein: two first chutes are arranged in the direction of the length of the foundation, each first chute is provided with a threaded rod, both ends of the threaded rod through the bearing and the foundation rotation connection, one end of the threaded rod is fixed with a first gear, on the basis of the motor, the motor rotor end is provided with a second gear, the first gear and the second gear form a gear pair: threaded rod through the slider, the outer wall of the slider is matched with the inner wall of the first chute shape, the slider is provided with a screw hole, so that the thread connection between the slider and the threaded rod: the top of the slider is hinged with a diagonal brace, the top of the diagonal brace is hinged on the bottom side of the roof: the other side of the bottom side of the roof is arranged with a support plate, the roof and the support plate are hinged, the support plate is fixed with the foundation: a plurality of adjusting blocks are arranged equidistant above the top plate, and the adjusting block is welded with the top plate. The upper surface of the adjusting block is the slope surface, and a second chute is arranged along the length direction of the slope surface. The lowest part of the slope surface is arranged with an upward protruding end. A cushion block is arranged on the adjusting block, the slope of the lower surface of the cushion block is the same as the slope slope of the upper surface of the adjusting block, the slope surface of the lower surface of the cushion block is arranged with a positioning bar, the outer wall of the positioning bar is matched with the inner wall of the chute, and the lowest part of the cushion block is arranged with a depression matching the protruding end of the adjusting block, so that the adjusting block and the cushion block are closely matched.



As the best embodiment, the motor is fixedly connected to both the base and the support plate, and since the motor is an output component of the heavy machinery, its stability must be guaranteed. As the new best implementation, the height range of the pad is 3-5cm, so that the bottom of the heavy apron feeder and the apron feeder adjustable base are closely matched, there is no gap, to provide protection for safe production, and the height and slope of the upper surface of the pad can be cut by the machine tool if necessary. It has the following beneficial effects: by controlling the operation of the motor, adjusting the slope of the roof, making the roof reach the preset slope; the heavy apron feeder is further adjusted to be more closely connected to the top plate by fitting the fixed block with the pad block.
