Philippine GR customer ordered an Apron Feeder from EXCT. Equipment will be used for ore conveying in a large-scale mining project. Material is clay-type ore. Maximum lump size reaches 600 mm. Required capacity is 300 t/h.
Last month, this plate feeder completed a 12-hour factory no-load trial run, with the operating condition, drive system, chain plates, and roller supports all meeting design requirements. After factory testing and final inspection, the equipment was ready for shipment.
At present, the EXCT team completed loading the equipment onto the transport vehicle, which was then dispatched to the customer's project site in the Philippines.
The materials for this project in the Philippines are: Clay-type ore + ≤600 mm + 2.1 t/m³ + 300 t/h,it has certain operational characteristics. The clay-type ore and large feed lump size require the apron feeder to provide sufficient structural strength, stable conveying performance and reliable material handling capability.
