2, Apron feeder bearing clearance selection: users will generally only be told in what type, grade when purchasing bearings, rarely put forward requirements for bearing clearance, business personnel must ask the bearing conditions of use, including bearing speed, temperature, match tolerance are directly related to the choice of bearing clearance. Generally, motors at speeds below 3500 RPM mostly use CM clearance, such as high temperature and high speed motors require relatively large clearance. Bearing clearance will be reduced after assembly due to the expansion of the inner hole and the reduction of the outer circle, the reduction of clearance = interference ×60% (except the bearing chamber is aluminum). For example, the clearance before bearing assembly is 0.01mm, and the interference during assembly is 0.01mm, then the clearance after bearing assembly is 0.004mm. In theory, when the bearing is at zero clearance, the noise and life are the best state, but in actual operation, taking into account the temperature rise and other problems, the bearing is better at 0.002mm-0.004mm after assembly.
3, The selection of grease: the selection of grease is generally based on the bearing speed, temperature resistance, noise requirements and starting torque and other aspects of the choice, requiring business personnel to understand the performance of various fats.
4, Bearing seal type selection: apron feeder bearing lubrication can be divided into oil lubrication and grease lubrication. Oil-lubricated bearings are generally selected as form bearings, and grease lubricated bearings are generally sealed with dust caps or rubber seals. Dust cover is suitable for high temperature or good use environment parts, seals are divided into contact seal and non-contact seal two kinds, contact seal dust performance is good but the starting torque is large, non-contact seal starting torque is small, but the sealing performance is not as good as contact type.
Precautions should be taken when using bearings
1, Shaft and bearing room tolerance selection and control: apron feeder bearing pressed into the bearing should be flexible rotation without blocking sense. If there is obvious rotation is not flexible, it indicates that the size of the shaft is too large, and the tolerance should be reduced. If there is an obvious "rustling" feeling after the bearing is pressed into the shaft by hand, it may be that the tolerance of the shaft is too large or the roundness of the shaft is not good. Therefore, when controlling the tolerance of the shaft and bearing room, it is also necessary to control the roundness. At present, many domestic manufacturers only control the tolerance, and do not control the roundness.
2, Apron feeder bearing assembly method: Because the bearing is a high-precision product, such as improper assembly is easy to cause damage to the bearing channel, resulting in bearing damage. The bearing should have a special mold when assembling, and can not be knocked at will. Only a small circle can be stressed when pressing into the shaft, and only a large circle can be stressed when pressing a large circle. Assembly requires the use of air pressure or hydraulic pressure, in the press assembly of the upper and lower die to be outside the horizontal state, such as tilt will cause the bearing channel due to force damage, and make the bearing produce guiding sound.

It is best not to coat the bearing room with oil or grease, if you have to coat it, you should control not to accumulate in the bearing room.
4, Paint rust prevention: the characteristics of paint rust is mostly in the sealed motor, apron feeder motor in the assembly sound is very good, but after some time in the warehouse, the motor abnormal noise changes greatly, and the bearing is seriously rusty when removed. In the past, many manufacturers will think that it is the bearing problem, after our continuous publicity, and now the motor factory has realized that the main problem is the insulation paint. The problem is mainly because the acidic substances volatilized from the insulating paint form corrosive substances under a certain temperature and humidity, which corrodes the bearing channel and leads to bearing damage.
