Development Of Large Medium - Grained Mineral Sizers With High Strength

With the newly building of large coal mine and coal preparation plant in our country, the capacity of mineral sizers has not been met. Therefore, on the basis of absorbing and drawing on the advantages of the existing crusher at home and abroad, I have developed the large medium crusher mineral sizers high strength double-tooth roller mineral sizers.
Design scheme:
The objectives of this large mineral sizers design are: large production capacity, stable discharge particle size, no supergranulation, sensitive and reliable overload protection, reasonable structure, strong and durable equipment, easy maintenance and high degree of automation. In order to achieve the above objectives, the following design scheme is determined: (1) The transmission system adopts the transmission mode of a motor torque limited hydraulic coupling, a reducer and a crushing roller, and the overall design is a cantilever structure

2 Technical Specifications Technical specifications.
The two motors transmit the power through the torque limiting hydraulic coupler to the alkali speeder, and drive the two crushing tooth rollers to move towards each other continuously after the reducer. The material falls into the crushing chamber of the two-toothed roller from the inlet of the drunken-breaking machine. The material is broken under the action of tensile and shear force and discharged from the discharge port.
The mineral sizers consist mainly of an electric motor, hydraulic coupler, coupling housing, reducer, body, roller bracket, central lubrication system and electrical control system.
(1) Electric Motors Electric motors are the power source of the mineral sizers. The mineral sizers are driven by a double motor. Two Y280S-4 motors are selected. The single power is 75kW and the installation type is B35.
(2) Connection selection between motor and reducer of hydraulic coupling
Torque limiting hydraulic coupler to reduce shock and vibration at starting and to protect against overload.
(3) Coupling cover The coupling cover is welded with steel plate, and its function is to connect the motor and the reducer into one, bear the weight and protect the hydraulic actuator. There is an observation hole on the coupling cover to observe the operation of the hydraulic coupling.
(4) Reducer Ben mineral sizers The input shaft of the reducer is connected with the hydraulic coupler by involute splines and the output shaft is mixed with the teeth on the body by a split-type tooth sleeve coupler. Reducer adopts three-stage cylindrical gear, gear material is alloy steel, after quenching treatment, gear grinding processing, alkali speed device drive smooth, low noise. The material of the box is HT250, which is conducive to shock absorption. The cavity shape is three cavities parallel, and the structure is close.
(5) The body is the core part of mineral sizers. In order to adjust the spacing between the two rollers, a suspended bearing seat is designed. The two toothed rollers are in the bearing seat, and are suspended together on the four large shafts that play the role of guide tension. The body is equipped with a hand pump and an oil cylinder, and the oil cylinder is connected with the suspension type shaft bracket. Through the oil cylinder, the spacing of the two teeth mixing can be adjusted to meet the requirements of different discharge particle size. (6) Roller Carrier The roller carrier is used to support the body. It has a roller on the lower part and can roll over the pre-installed guide rail. When the mineral sizers are repaired or replaced as necessary, there is no need to lift the equipment
(6) Centralized Lubrication System Ben mineral sizers uses a grease pump to set the bearings of the Chinese slide roller. It is convenient to change the way of regular manual refueling.
(7) Electrical control system Electrical control system adopts PLC control, with inductance sensor monitoring gear mixing operation. When the tooth roll is stuck by a hard object, the inductance sensor immediately sends a signal, and the electrical control device makes the motor stop, realizing overload protection. All the electrical equipment is installed in the electric control giant. The interface is left on the microcomputer, which can be networked with the feeding and discharging system to realize centralized control.
5 Machine Features
(1) The two toothed rollers are respectively driven by two motors and reducer, which have large crushing force, stable operation, low noise, compact structure and beautiful appearance.
(2) Adjust the discharge particle size using hydraulic and stop device, convenient and fast, when working, the spacing of the two teeth roller remains unchanged, the discharge particle size is stable.
(3) Adopt double overload protection. First, the torque limit hydraulic coupling is installed between the motor and the reducer, which can reduce the starting time
Second, the inductance sensor is used to monitor the operation of the gear roll. When the gear stick is stuck by something hard during operation, the inductance sensor sends instructions to the electrical control device to stop the motor and realize the overload protection. These two levels of protection ensure the reliability of the whole machine.


(4) With a high degree of automation, the mineral sizers and the feeding, discharging, etc., are controlled by PLC.
(5) The tooth plate of the machine is cast with alloy steel, and the tooth surface is surfacing with high-quality wear-resistant materials, which prolongs the service life.
No-load, load and overload tests were conducted inside the plant after mineral sizers manufacturing was completed. No-load test for 2 hours mineral sizers smooth operation, noise 70dB: hand pump, oil and grease pump working properly: reducer oil pool temperature rise of 10℃. The load test is carried out in this way: first of all, 30)~5(00mm) large pieces of raw coal are put into the two teeth of the running rod, which are immediately broken and less than 50mm coal is discharged under the body. Then 200~400 mm coal gangue is concentrated into the crushing chamber, effortlessly into fragments. Finally, 200-300mm limestone was thrown into crusehr, which was crushed by crusehr's steel teeth. At mineral sizers, smaller than 50mm pieces were removed from the crusher. In an overload test, some 150-200 fresh rounds are put into the drunker. The mineral sizers turn together. The inductance sensor gives a signal and the electric control system stops the motor. Overload test proves that the overload protection system is sensitive and reliable.
