In addition, when this kind of motor is used in a metal mine, the carbon brush of the slip ring is more likely to be stained with iron powder, and a long-term short circuit will cause an accident in the motor. 3 Frequency control of asynchronous motor To keep the power factor of the excitation motor constant, we also expect to keep the path unchanged by adjusting the frequency of the asynchronous motor. The above parameters have changed, the power has dropped, the torque has dropped, and the engine power cannot be fully utilized, causing losses, so if the frequency is adjusted to keep t track constant, the track can remain unchanged normally. Frequency, the diameter of the voltage/frequency core must be specified. The voltage should change in proportion to the frequency. The feeding ring is a semi-continuous feeder, its power is low speed and high torque, and its speed control method is a typical constant torque speed control, which requires a frequency converter to ensure that VI and FL change proportionally to ensure that the frequency changes with the same overload capacity. .
