The Dust Collection Structure for the Dry Mix Mortar Production Line

To the dry mix mortar production line, the finished product - dry mix mortar will be packaged in bags or bulk transportation, become indispensable part of the construction site. In existing production line, the proportioning cement material will transported to buffer hopper through the motor, and put into the agitation tank, then after a complete mixing, the material can be packaged. However, the agitation tank is basically in a sealed condition, except the connecting part with the buffer hopper. When large amount of material is threw into the closed tank, a mass of dust will be brought out by the rising airflow because of the imbalance pressure, it would have a very bad effect to the operators and working environment.

In the dry mix mortar production line, for improving the dust collection structure, our suggestion is that opening up a feeding port on the surface of the agitation tank to connect to the buffer hopper, and another discharging port is opened to connect to the bin, while there is a mixing plant inside of the tank, besides, an air cushion device is mounted to the tank, so as to connect to external and internal agitation tank. What’s more, the filtering assembly will be installed an air cushion device, and connecting to a dust collection device. Adopting to the above technical proposal, when the material comes into the agitation tank, the airflow will spread the outer space from the air cushion device, instead of making collision to the bottom airflow of the material, in this way, it would reduce the dust. To effectively reduce the overflowing dust of the dry mix mortar production line, the filtering assembly and dust collection device should be matched up with the air cushion device to achieve the purpose of reducing the cost of dust removal. To the air cushion device, at least, should be a vertical hollow pipe with both cutouts in each end, then the filtering component is set up on the top of the pipe, while its sectional dimension should be equal to the hollow pipe. As the material dropped from the feeding port, the rising airflow can flow the outer space through the hollow pipe, to reduce the dust emissions and low down the allocation cost for the matched dust collection device. Because the filtering assembly can hold up the amount of dust, the emission standards can be met.
In the dry mix mortar production line, there are many benefits to this kind of dust collection structure, when the material gets into the agitation tank, the airflow will move towards the external through the pressure, and it will not generate a conflict flow with the bottom material pressure to reduce the dust emission. Then by setting up the filtering assembly and dust collection device, the exceeded dust is greatly improved, in the meantime, the cost of removal dust is lowered. Furthermore, there is a separable sliding connection between the filtering assembly and the hollow pipe, it is convenient to clean, replace and maintain the filter efficiency in the long term use. In addition, the connecting position of the dust collection pipe and the hollow pipe is higher than the installation location, the filtered airflow can be dealt with, it’s not just the further treatment of the dust, but also more meets the environmental protection requirements.
