Vibratory separator is a vertical vibration motor as the excitation source, from the center of the vibration force to the upward transmission of seismic power, forcing the material to do rotary jumping movement, so as to achieve the purpose of sieving powder. Double layer stainless steel vibratory separator is on the basis of single layer, increase the vibration power of vibration motor, add a layer of network frame and sieve grid, constitute the vibratory separator machinery that can screen two kinds of materials. Double-layer vibratory separator is installed with two layers of screen screen. The whole machine is divided into three discharge ports and one feeding port. Adjusting the phase Angle of the vibrator by rotating the hammer can change the motion track of the material on the screen. When the upper and lower weight blocks overlap and the phase Angle is 0 degrees, the material diverges from the center to the outside; When the phase Angle of the hammer block is 90 degrees, the material will converge to the center.
