Recently, our company has reached a cooperation with GTEW of Bangladesh, providing complete bulk material conveying equipment for cement plant customers in Bangladesh, including core equipment such as bucket elevators, belt conveyors, MCC drawer-type electrical control cabinets, etc. GTEW is a well-known engineering company in Bangladesh that specializes in engineering technology solutions for cement plants. It has extensive project experience in the local area. The end users of its projects are well-known local cement manufacturers. This time, they sought consultation from GTEW for the purpose of expanding production.

As early as August 2025, our company began initial technical communication with GTEW. Both sides conducted multiple rounds of detailed discussions on project requirements, equipment parameters, technical standards and other aspects. In January of this year, GTEW sent a manager representative to visit our factory. They inspected the manufacturing process, quality control system and equipment operation in the production workshop on the spot. They highly affirmed our production capacity and technical level. Then, in February, the order was officially signed. This time, the customer visited the factory again, mainly to conduct a comprehensive inspection of the core equipment of the order before leaving the factory.

Inspection items

The equipment will be delivered in April. Before shipment, the customer will come for equipment inspection, including a comprehensive check of the equipment's appearance and welding process to ensure it meets the design standards and quality requirements. At the same time, it is necessary to verify the consistency between the core dimensions and the drawings to ensure that the assembly accuracy and performance meet the standards. Inspect the configuration of key components of the bucket elevator and belt conveyor to confirm that their selection and installation comply with technical specifications. Conduct a detailed inspection of the layout of the internal components of the MCC electrical control cabinet to ensure the safety and reliability of the electrical system. Evaluate the manufacturing accuracy and operational reliability of the entire machine, and verify the stable performance of the equipment during long-term use through testing.

After the customer has inspected and confirmed the goods to be correct, the bucket elevator and belt conveyor will be packaged. Special packaging materials will be used to protect each component. The vulnerable parts will be reinforced with foam or wooden boxes to prevent damage caused by vibration and collision during transportation. After the packaging is completed, each packaging unit will also be marked in detail, indicating information such as the equipment name, component number, quantity, and destination, providing clear guidance for subsequent logistics transportation.
