1.Preparation
(1) Read the duty record and deal with the remaining issues.
(2) Check and eliminate any debris between the vibrating feeder and the chute, spring and bracket that affects the movement of the equipment.
(3) Carefully check that all fasteners of the vibrating feeder are fully tightened.
(4) Check if the lubricating oil in the exciter is higher than the oil level.
(5) Check if the transmission belt is good; if it is damaged, it should be replaced; when there is greasy dirt, wipe it with a rag.
(6) Check if the protective device of the vibrating feeder is good and remove it when it is unsafe.
2. Safety Operation
(1) When the vibrating feeder is used for batching and dosing, in order to ensure uniform and stable feeding, and to prevent the material from self-flowing. It should be installed horizontally. For continuous feeding of general materials, it can be installed at 10° down. For viscous materials and materials with a large water content, it can be installed at a downward tilt of 15°.
(2) After installation, the vibrating feeder should have a horizontal clearance of 20mm, and the suspension device should be flexible. During operation, it is strictly forbidden to stand by the machine, touch the body by hand, adjust, clean, clean or inspect.
(3) Before the empty test, all the bolts should be tightened once, especially the anchor bolts of the vibration motor. It should be tightened once for 3-5 hours. During the test run, the two vibration motors must rotate in the opposite direction.
(4) It should always check amplitude of the vibrating feeder. The current and the surface temperature of the motor during the operation, it is required to have a uniform amplitude forwards and backwards. If there is an abnormal situation, it should be stopped immediately.
(5) The vibrating feeder is lubricated with thin oil splash. The lubricating oil should be determined according to the using place and temperature. The gear oil is generally used. The lubrication of the vibration motor bearing is the key to the normal operation of the whole feeder. Refill once a month during the hot season, replace the motor once every six months, and replace the inner bearing. It should be ensured that the thin oil level in the exciter is higher than the oil level, and must be replaced every 3-6 months. When changing oil, clean the fuel tank, bearing raceway and gear surface with clean gasoline or kerosene.
