A customer of our company uses scraper conveyor produced by foreign companies for the first mining face, with a maximum power of 2×1050KW; The conveyor chain adopts 42×146, KA=165: the scraper spacing is 876 mm (per 6 chain links). Conveyor chute in the absence of wear-resistant treatment, the amount of coal is only more than 1 million tons, the chute has been severely worn, basically cannot be used. It directly affects the efficient production of the mine. After the P℉6/1142scraper conveyor chute was pulled out of the well, the wear of the chute was measured, and the maximum wear depth was nearly 14mm. Three measuring points are taken to measure the wear condition of the middle groove of scraper conveyor.
3, the scraper conveyor chute was wear-resistant treatment. The specific process and technical standards are as follows:
(1) Carry out wear failure analysis on the central chute, and select wear-resistant materials according to the failure analysis results.

1. Preheating Before surfacing welding, the construction parts and welding materials are heat treated to keep them at a certain temperature.
2. 3. After thermal insulation welding, the part of the chute after bottom treatment is thermal insulation treatment to keep it at a constant welding temperature.
4. Wear-resistant treatment for the chain path parts of furrow wear scraper conveyor, the special process of "autolysis alloy melting surfacing method" is adopted, and the wear-resistant surfacing treatment is carried out by using the high wear resistance of various welding materials. B For the coal surface of the middle plate and the wear parts of the scraper, use high wear-resistant welding materials for surfacing to form a fish scale mesh grinding layer. C For the special parts of rolling wear, special technology is adopted, and special welding materials are used for rolling resistance and wear resistance. D For the special wear parts where a variety of wear mechanisms work together, wear-resistant surfacing treatment is carried out successively by using different wear-resistant mechanisms of various wear-resistant welding materials.
Under the same working condition, compared with the chute without wear-resistant treatment, the service life of the treated chute can be extended by 1.5~2.5 times. The mother part of the treated chute is not scrapped due to wear and tear, saving a lot of equipment replacement funds and disassembly and installation costs, greatly reducing the repair workload, and increasing the production time.
